The CMA Standards Council is delighted to welcome Churches of Christ in Victoria & Tasmania Inc as a Foundation Partner. CCVT oversees a network of around 130 churches and agencies in Victoria and Tasmania and is based in Melbourne. “We are very pleased to accredit CCVT, especially in these troubling times”, said Steve Kerr, the Executive Director of the Standards Council. “Good governance, making wise decisions and ensuring the health of your organisation are even more important when a crisis hits. CCVT has a strong commitment to doing governance well and setting an example of integrity, transparency and accountability to its members, the wider church and to the watching world.” We will be presenting CCVT with its Certificate of Accreditation at the next “in person” CMA Conference in 2021. In the meantime, the work of the CMA Standards Council continues (albeit from home rather than from the regular office!).
