The CMA Standards Council was honoured to be asked to attend and contribute to the Global Generosity Roundtable in California earlier this year. The event was sponsored by Christian Super and gathered together over 40 thought leaders in the world of Christian Generosity to inform and debate the latest thinking on the subject. The connection between Christian generosity and the CMA Standards Council is obvious – God wants us to distribute the resources he entrusts to us to responsible organisations which will use those resources wisely, and accreditation by the CMA Standards Council helps to identify such organisations. Here is a link to a short blog form the Convenor of the Roundtable, Gary Hoag (a great friend of the CMA Standards Council), setting out some thoughts on Christian giving. I commend it to you!
